Dijon Mustard Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended.
Transfer to a 1/2 pint jar, cover tightly, and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
