4 to 6 lamb rib chops
 
1 lemon, cut in half
 
Garlic powder
 
Freshly ground pepper
 
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
 
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
 
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon wheat bran
 
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

Trim fat from lamb chops.
Rub both sides with lemon; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper.
Combine parsley and next 2 ingredients; mix well, and press on all sides of chops.
Place chops in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered, at 500° for 4 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°, and bake chops an additional 15 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
