 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
 Chives2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Shallot1 1/2 Tablespoon, minced
 Dill weed1 Tablespoon, minced
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon, minced
 Thyme1 Teaspoon, minced
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend.
Chill thoroughly.
