| Dried whole dillweed - 3/4 teaspoon or | ||
| Dill weed | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Coat muffin pans with cooking spray.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl stir combining first 5 ingredients until well blended.
4. Make a well in center of mixture.
5. In a bowl combine milk, oil, mustard and egg and stir with a wire whisk.
6. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
7. Spoon batter into cooking spray coated muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
SERVING
9. Serve Dijon Dill Muffins as beverage or teatime snacks.
