Dijon Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Coarsely crushed black peppercorns and mustard seeds for garnish | ||
Directions
Bring beef broth and whipping cream to a boil in a saucepan. Boil gently until reduced to about 1 cup; sauce will be thick enough to coat a spoon. Remove from heat; stir in the butter, a little at a time, until completely melted. Stir in the mustard and vinegar, adjusting amounts to taste. Sprinkle with the peppercorns and mustard seeds.
