Dijon Chicken Breasts Recipe
Dijon chicken breasts is a grill cooked chicken recipe. Flavored with a basting sauce of butter flavored with lemon juice and garlic, the dijon mustard chicken is savory and delicious. With tarragon for a fresh flavor, dijon chicken breasts are great for any meal, anytime!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
Directions
Spread mustard on both sides of chicken, and sprinkle with pepper.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Melt butter; stir in lemon juice, garlic salt, and tarragon.
Place chicken on grill over medium coals; baste with butter sauce.
Cover and grill 20 minutes.
Remove cover, and grill 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning and basting every 10 minutes.
