Dijon Butter Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Shoulder pork chops - 4 (6 oz each) | ||
| Lowfat margarine - 1/4 cup | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Green onions | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Remove visible fat from the meat.
2.In a small bowl, combine, margarine, mustard, lemon, parsley, green onions, salt, pepper and paprika.
3.Mix very wel.
4.Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
5.Put the chops in the grill. Top with Dijon butter.
6. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes.
7. Catch the butter drips in the drip trak.
SERVING
8.Place chops on serving plates and drizzle with dijon butter.
9. Serve warm.
