Dijon Asparagus Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup or Real or Light Mayonnaise or Low Fat | ||
| Mayonnaise Dressing | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked | 6 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped | ||
| Asparagus spears package | 1 , cut into pieces | |
| 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a large bowl and combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper by mixing well.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
SERVING
3. Serve after refrigerating the salad for about 2 hours in the bowl with cover.
