Dieter's Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Wine vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Lettuce | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 61/2- or 7-ounce cans water-pack tuna, drained and flaked | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| Onion | 1/2 Medium, separated into rings | |
| Cucumber | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients and dash pepper.
Chill Toss lettuce with remaining ingredients.
Add dressing; toss lightly.
