Dieter's Chili Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 lb. ground veal or lean ground beef | ||
| Minced onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can (16 oz.) chili beans, drained (optional) | ||
Directions
Brown meat in nonstick skillet; drain thoroughly on absorbent towels.
Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
(If you prefer a thinner consistency, more liquid can be added.)
