Diet Pork Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken stock | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pork | 1 Pound, cubed | |
| Mushrooms | 16 | |
| Green bell pepper | 16 To taste | |
| Pineapple | 1 , cut in to chunks | |
| Onion | 16 |
Directions
– Preheat oven to broil.
– In a bowl, combine white wine and chicken stock, add pork cubes and marinate tor 3 hours. Drain and pat the meat dry.
– Prepare skewers, alternating pork with mushrooms, peppers, pineapple chunks and onion pieces.
– Broil for 20 minutes. Baste with marinade sauce after 10 minutes of broiling.
