Ingredients

 Duckling1 Pound, cut into pieces
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Orange juice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
 Raisins2 Tablespoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Bay leaves2
 Onions2 , chopped
 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Marjoram1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Put duckling in shallow baking pan, combine remaining ingredients; pour over duckling.
Cover duckling with foil.
Bake at 325°, allowing 20 minutes per pound.
