Ingredients
1 tbsp (15ml)oil
2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
1 lb (450 g) white turkey meat, diced
Salt and pepper
1 Cup (250 ml) leek, finely sliced
4 tsp (20 ml) flour
1/2 Cup (125 ml) chicken stock
1/2 tsp (2 ml) tarragon
6 tbsp (90 ml) tomatoes, diced
1 sprig of fresh tarragon

– In a skillet, melt butter. heat oil and
