1.Chop the vegetables.
2.Zest lemon and orange and add to a large mixing bowl.
3.Add mayonnaise,lemon juice,soy sauce and salt in the mixing bowl containing the zests and mix well.
4.Add almond, chicken and vegetables. toss well. Add more salt or lemon juice if needed.
5. Segment orange and add to salad. This is optional
8.Serve it as a salad, serve it as a sandwich or as a spread over french bread and cheese. If you take this to a party everybody will just love it!
