Diabetic oatmeal raisin cookies Recipe
I tried many oatmeal raisin cookies recipe for diabetic. Here I will share my husband’s favorite oatmeal raisin cookies recipe. He is a diabetic. I know diabetics should not eat cakes, cookies, dounuts, white pasta or anything made from these ingredients. So all the ingredients in this recipe are carefully selected and formulated especially for diabetic people.
Ingredients
| Butter | 1⁄2 | |
| Artificial sweetener | 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Orange juice concentrate | 5 Tablespoon, undiluted | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Flour | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Oatmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Soda | 1⁄2 |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet (flatten)
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Let them cool at room temperature. Now oatmeal raisin cookies are ready to serve.
Note: You can make 35- 40 cookies
