1. Heat a medium size non-stick frying pan on medium flame.
2. Mix egg substitute, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon water. Blend properly.
3. Add the mixture to the heated frying pan.
4. As mixture begins to set, lift edges to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath.
5. When the eggs are set, fold, then cut in half.
