Diabetic Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Warm water | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 tsp unflavoured gelatine | ||
| Squash | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 3/4 tsp grated lemon, orange or lime rind | ||
Directions
Heat half the water in a small pan.
Sprinkle in gelatine and set aside for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally till gelatine dissolves.
Mix in remaining water, squash and grated rind.
Pour into 6 wine glasses or individual dessert bowls and refrigerate till set.
