 60 g carraway seeds
 Coriander seeds1 Kilogram

 Cinnamon50 Gram
 Cloves50 Gram
 50 g white cardamoms
 Black peppercorns200 Gram
 Poppy seeds50 Gram
 Bay leaves50 Gram
 50 g dried orange peel, with the pith removed
 50 g dried sweet lime peel, with the pith removed

Directions

Dry roast each ingredient individually with 1-2 tsp of oil on a tava.
Cool, grind and mix.
Store in an airtight glass container.
It can be kept for over one year.
