Dahi Kachumbar Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 4 , finely sliced | |
| 1 tomato, seeded and thinly sliced | ||
| 1-2 green chillies, seeded and chopped | ||
| 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves | ||
| 250 g curds, beaten till smooth | ||
| Sugar to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix all vegetables together.
Add curds, sugar and salt, stir well and serve.
