Devils On Horseback Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 large juicy cooked prunes | ||
| 4 long rashers bacon | ||
| 8 fingers buttered toast | ||
| Paprika pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Stone the prunes, cut each rasher of bacon into halves and wrap round the prunes, securing with a cocktail stick.
Cook under the grill until the bacon is crisp and brown.
Serve on toast sprinkled with paprika.
If wished, a little liver pate can be inserted into the centre of the prune.
