Deviled Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients
6 medium sized potatoes
2 1/2 lbs. pork spareribs
6 medium sized onions
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbs. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. prepared mustard
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 cup water
Directions
Peel potatoes and onions and place in large roaster (slice if desired).
Cover with spareribs which have been cut into servings.
Mix ingredients for sauce and pour over all.
Cover and bake at 350F for about 1 2/3 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
Baste 3 or 4 times during baking and remove cover the last 30 minutes to allow meat to brown.
If sauce is not as thick as desired, boil over direct heat until of right consistency.
