Ingredients

 Butter1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
 White fillets6 Ounce (2 Fillets, 75 Gram /3 Oz Each)
 Chutney1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Brown sugar1 Teaspoon
 Mustard powder1 Pinch
 Curry powder1 Pinch
 Salt To Taste
 Freshly ground black pepper1
 Fresh white breadcrumbs1 Ounce (25 Gram)
 Lemon slices2 , quartered
 Coriander sprig2

Directions

MAKING
1) In a well buttered ovenproof dish, place the fish fillets.
2) In a bowl, add the chutney, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper; blend well and coat the fish fillets with 1/2 mixture.
3) Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the fish and dot with the balance butter.
4) In the preheated oven, bake the fish for 15 min.

SERVING
5) Garnish with sliced lemon and coriander sprig and serve immediately on a nice dish.
