 Stuffing
 French dressing- 150 ml / 1/4 pint / 2/3 cup
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 French mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomato puree1 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce- few drops
 Sugar- a good pinch
 Ground pepper1 To taste
  Large red pepper- 1, diced
 Spring onions2 , trimmed
 Tomatoes4 , skinned
 Large ripe avocado pears- 3
 Lemon juice1
 Lemon twists- to garnish

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by halving the avocados and discarding the stones

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredeints together
3. In a bowl, now add the pepper, onions and tomatoes
4. Take the avocados and stones, and wipe surface of each half with lemon juice, spoon stuffing into the centres
5. Garnish each with a twist of lemon

SERVING
6. Serve chilled
