Ingredients

 Butter2 Ounce
 Mushrooms2 Ounce
 Good pinch curry powder
 Mustard 1 Teaspoon, made
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon mustard ketchup
 Eggs3 , boiled
 4 rounds buttered toast

Directions

Heat butter, fry chopped mushrooms in it, add flavourings.
When mushrooms are cooked add quartered hard-boiled eggs.
Heat and serve on buttered toast.
