 Devilled ham - 1can
 Mayonnaise2 Teaspoon
 Hard-boiled eggs - 2, chopped
 Prepared mustard2 Teaspoon
 Fried bread - 20 rounds, about 5 cm (2in) in diameter
 Parsley or paprika - chopped finely

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard and blend them well.
2. Smear them over rounds of fried bread.

SERVING
3. Serve the deviled ham canapes after garnishing with paprika or parsley, hot or cold depending on the taste preferences of individual.
