Deviled Eggs With Bacon Rasher Recipe

| Hard-boiled eggs | 12 , finely chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 4 streaky bacon rashers, derinded, fried until crisp and crumbled | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 120 Milliliter | |
| Dash of Tabasco sauce | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 125 Gram, grated | |
| Watercress to garnish | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix together the eggs, onion, bacon, mustard, mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture into 14 portions and shape each into an 'egg'.
Coat with the grated cheese.
Chill the devilled eggs before serving, on a platter garnished with watercress.
