 Hard-boiled eggs12 , finely chopped
 Onion2 Teaspoon, minced
 4 streaky bacon rashers, derinded, fried until crisp and crumbled
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise120 Milliliter
 Dash of Tabasco sauce
 Cheddar Cheese125 Gram, grated
 Watercress to garnish
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mix together the eggs, onion, bacon, mustard, mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture into 14 portions and shape each into an 'egg'.
Coat with the grated cheese.
Chill the devilled eggs before serving, on a platter garnished with watercress.
