Deviled Chicken Pieces Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Corn oil | 3 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Marinade:) | |
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
Directions
1 Place the chicken pieces in a 2.25 litre/ 1/2 gallon (5 pint) ice crearn container or other suitable dish. Combine the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the chicken.
2 Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
3 Preheat a browning dish: 5 minutes on full power for the large size; 3 1/2 minutes on full power for the small size.
4 Place butter and oil in the browning dish. Microwave on full power for 30 seconds.
5 Drain chicken pieces using a slotted spoon and place in hot fat. Cover and microwave on full power for 6 minutes, turning over once, half way through cooking.
6 Remove from microwave oven, cover, and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Garnish as desired and serve with rice or Slimmers' Ratatouille
