Deviled Tuna Recipe
Deviled Tuna is an irresistible side dish that you will surely love to try. A recipe prepared with tuna, mayonnaise, and horseradish; I am sure you will enjoy this Deviled Tuna!
Ingredients
| 2 (61/2-ounce) cons light water-pocked tuna | ||
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Whole wheat bread slice | 2 , cut into cubes | |
| 14 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4. teaspoon pepper | ||
Directions
Place tuna in a colander, and rinse under cold rap water 1 minute; set colander aside to let tuna drain 1 minute.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add margarine, and place over medium heat until margarine melts.
Add celery and onion, saute until render.
Remove from heat, stir in tuna and 2/3 cup bread cubes.
Add mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Divide mixture evenly into 6 baking shells or 6-ounce custard cups coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle remaining bread cubes on top.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
