hey ifoodiee, whenever you are about to cook shrimp, first boil them and then prepare your dish. This way, your shrimps won't get hard and you would get a tender shrimp recipe....:))

Very simple recipe chef...but i always have a problem when it coems to shrimps...i like them tender and cooked well, not too hard ..inevitably I end messing it up...the shrimps are always hard..any tips you could help me with there??
