Ingredients

 
1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
 
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 
2 cups corn flakes
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1 egg, slightly beaten
 
1 pound ground beef
 
11/2 teaspoons salt
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Crumble cheese with a fork and blend in mayonnaise, Worcestershire and mustard.
Crush corn flakes slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and Roquefort mixture and mix well.
Form into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Broil or pan fry until browned.
Serve hot on toothpicks.
