Ingredients

 Lobster- 2 cups, diced and cooked
 Soft bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard-cooked egg- 1
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne- a few grains
 Anchovy paste1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees

MAKING
2.In a bowl, mix lobster with half the crumbs
3.Now chop the egg very fine and add to lobster along with lemon juice
4.Now melt butter, blend in flour, and add milk and cook until mixture is thickened
5.Keep stirring constantly
6.Season with salt, cayenne and anchovy paste
7.Mix well with lobster mixture and fill greased scallop shells or ramekins
8.Top with remaining crumbs
9.Brown in moderate oven for 15 minutes

SERVING
10.Serve with salads, cooked vegetables, or garlic bread
