Deviled Lobster Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 c. diced cooked lobster | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Anchovy paste | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine lobster, half the bread crumbs, egg and lemon juice.
Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour.
Stir in milk gradually; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Season with salt, cayenne pepper and anchovy paste.
Combine sauce and lobster mixture; spoon into greased scallop shells or ramekins.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
