Ingredients
| 1 package medium noodles | ||
| 1 teaspoon spicy mustard, from jar | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain; place in greased 13 by 9 inch shallow baking dish.
In small saucepan melt margarine, stir in milk and shredded cheese; pour over noodles; toss to mix.
Shell eggs then cut lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with seasonings, adding enough mayonnaise to make mixture creamy.
Spoon into egg whites and place atop noodles in casserole.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, until golden on top.
