Traditional Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard cooked eggs, halved lengthwise | ||
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Remove egg yolks; mash and combine with remaining ingredients.
Refill egg whites, using pastry tube if desired. (For plump stuffed eggs, refill only 8 whites; chop extras for salad garnish next day.)
Chill.
