Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F

MAKING
2) Using a sharp knife, cut the ducklings into serving size pieces
3) Season the meat with salt and pepper
4) In a frying pan, melt the shortening and fry the ducklings till browned on all sides
5) Sprinkle in flour to the pan
6) Place the meat into a large casserole
7) In a bowl mix together the dry mustard, ketchup and the tabasco sauce and pour over the ducklings
8) Cover the dish with a lid and bake at 350F for 1 ΒΌ hours till tender
9) Stir the meat and the gravy to evenly distribute

SERVING
10) Serve warm with some boiled vegetables and a bowl of rice
