Deviled Crabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 tablespoonfuls butter or margarine | ||

| 2 cupfuls crabmeat | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, minced | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 crab shells | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Melt the fat in a saucepan, add the flour and stir until smooth.
Then add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and put into the crab shells.
Sprinkle with the buttered crumbs and bake in a hot oven of 400° F. for 10 min.
