Deviled Crabs is a simple and easy to make dish. Often served as side dish, it is baked unlike the deviled eggs, deviled crabs are different in eating, seasoning, shape and method of making. Deviled crabs are also known as crabs croquette in Spanish.

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix crab meats into white sauce and add eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, celery, onion, catsup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red and black pepper and salt. Mix well.
2)Fill this mixture into crab shells and sprinkle additional bread crumbs on top.
3)Dot with butter and bake at 450 degrees until brown.

SERVING
4)Serve deviled crab with hot sauce.
