Deviled Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 30 Milliliter | |
| 1 ml each of cayenne pepper, black pepper and white pepper | ||
| Pork chops | 170 Gram | |
| Chili Sauce | 125 Milliliter | |
| Catsup | 125 Milliliter | |
| 1 ml each of salt, basil, paprika, chili powder, thyme, oregano | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 30 Milliliter | |
| Dijon Mustard | 30 Milliliter | |
| Water | 125 Milliliter | |
Directions
Make a smooth paste of the butter and peppers.
Place the chops into a casserole dish and spread the butter over them.
Place under the oven broiler for 3 minutes, turn the chops over and broil for an additional 3 minutes.
While chops broils combine the remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
Pour over chops and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with rice pilaf.
