Ingredients

 Butter30 Milliliter
 1 ml each of cayenne pepper, black pepper and white pepper
 Pork chops170 Gram
 Chili Sauce125 Milliliter
 Catsup125 Milliliter
 1 ml each of salt, basil, paprika, chili powder, thyme, oregano
 Worcestershire sauce30 Milliliter
 Dijon Mustard30 Milliliter
 Water125 Milliliter

Directions

Make a smooth paste of the butter and peppers.
Place the chops into a casserole dish and spread the butter over them.
Place under the oven broiler for 3 minutes, turn the chops over and broil for an additional 3 minutes.
While chops broils combine the remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
Pour over chops and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with rice pilaf.
