Directions

1. Wipe the chops with a clean, wet cloth. Place in a frying pan but not on the heat.
2. Make a paste of the catsup, vinegar, grated onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, curry, salt and paprika. Spread this over both sides of the chops.
3. Cook slowly, over low heat 30 minutes.
4. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Pour the water around the chops. Set the skillet in the oven about 1 hour. Baste every 10 minutes with the liquid in the pan.
