Deviled Ham And Gruyere Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small can deviled ham or pate | ||
| Cooked chicken | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 triangles Gruyere cheese, grated | ||
| Pinch dry mustard | ||
| Mayonnaise | ||
| 6 slices trimmed white or brown bread | ||

Directions
Mix ham, chicken, cheese and mustard together; add just enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Cover the bread slices evenly to the edges with the mixture, and then cut slices diagonally.
Arrange a tiny bunch of cress in the centre of each triangle and overlap the opposite corners.
Secure with toothpicks and top each pick with a stuffed olive, melon ball or watermelon pickle.
