 All-purpose flour

Directions

Cut steak into strips across the grain.
Roll in flour; brown meat and onion in hot fat.
Stir in 2 tablespoons flour and seasonings.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
Good with rice, noodles, or mashed potato.
Makes 4 servings.
