Deviled Eggs Recipe
This deviled eggs recipe can be served both as an appetizer or as a side with meals. Prepared with hard cooked eggs yolks mashed with seasonings and chopped veggies, the deviled eggs are best served chilled with garnishings as desired.

6 hard cooked eggs, halved lengthwise
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped stuffed green olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
Directions
Remove egg yolks.
Mash and combine with remaining ingredients.
Refill egg whites, using pastry tube if you desire.
Chill.
For plump stuffed eggs, refill only 8 of the whites; chop extras to use as a tomato salad garnish next day.
