1.Boil the eggs for 12 minutes.
2.After the eggs are boiled transfer them in a bowl of ice cold water. This helps in peeling the shells faster.
3.Peel the eggs and cut them in halves.
4.Take out the yolks in a separate bowl and mash them well.
6.Add mayonnaise and Greek yogurt.
9.Add mustard,and Tobasco or herbs for variety.
10.Stuff this mixture in the center of the emptied egg whites.
11.Serve in small plates garnished with basil leaves.
