 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Prepared mustard2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, minced
 Celery1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Chopped green olives1 Tablespoon

Directions

Remove egg yolks.
Mash, and combine with remaining ingredients.
Refill egg whites, using pastry tube if desired.
Chill.
Trim tops with pimiento diamonds or paprika or, substitute crumbled bacon, chopped pimiento, chives, sweet pickle, or parsley.
