Deviled Egg Trio Recipe

Ingredients
6 eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp chili sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tsp chives, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
Salt and pepper
Garnish
1 tsp pink peppercorns
1 tsp capers
4 anchovy fillets
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook eggs 10 minutes.
Cool under running cold water.
Shell.
Slice in half lengthwise.
With a spoon, carefully remove yolks, reserving egg whites.
Combine egg yolks with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour mixture into a pastry bag with a fluted nozzle.
Pipe into egg whites.
Garnish 4 egg halves with pink peppercorns, 4 with capers, and 4 with anchovies.
On 4 salad plates, arrange 3 deviled eggs, one of each type.
