Deviled Chuck Broil Recipe
Ingredients
| Bone-in chuck steak - 2 lb | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soft white breadcrumbs - 2 cups | ||
| Molten butter/margarine - 2 tbsp | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Trim off any excess fat from the steak and score any remaining fat edge every inch; place these steaks in a shallow dish
MAKING
2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, onion, mustard and pepper and pour it over the steak; marinate for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, turning it around once
3. Rum the broikler rack with trimmings to prevent sticking, remove the steaks from marinade, pat them dry and broil four inches away from the heat source for five minutes
4. Turn the steak over and broil for five minutes until du-one as per your tastes
5. Toss breadcrumbs with butter in a small bowl, remove the broiler pan from heat and top the steaks with the bread crumbs evenly
6. Broil for another two minutes until crumbs turn golden; turn to a platter and slice
