Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), halved
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese3 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Prepared horseradish2 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon prepared mustard1 garlic clove, halved
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon

Directions

Rub inside of fondue pot with cut garlic clove.
Add milk and heat until bubbly.
Toss cheese in flour; add to milk.
Stir constantly over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is thick and smooth.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and mustard.
Serve with cubes of ham and toasted whole-wheat bread.
