Deviled Beef Steak Recipe

Ingredients
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 beef chuck under blade steak, 1 1/4 inches thick | ||
| Onions | 2 Large, chopped | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 tablespoons prepared white horseradish | ||
| Worcestershire | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook beef chuck under blade steak until well browned on both sides. Add onions and remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 2 hours, turning steak occasionally, until steak is tender.
