Deviled Beef Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons regular onion soup mix | ||
| Horseradish mustard | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 4 beef cubed steaks (1 pound total) | ||
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Meanwhile, mix dry soup mix and 4 teaspoons water; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in mustard.
Sprinkle steaks with a little pepper.
Spread one side of each steak with one-fourth of the mustard mixture; top with one-fourth of the mushrooms.
Roll up steaks and fasten with wooden picks.
Brush with butter.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 6 minutes.
Turn, brushing with butter; broil 6 minutes more.
