Directions
1)In a large enamel or stainless steel saucepan, add cranberries and water. Bring to a boil.
2)Decrease heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring frequently.
3)Add sugar and simmer for 10 minutes longer or until cranberries pop.
4)Remove from heat and slowly add cornstarch, mix.
5)Chill until thickened.
SERVING
6)Serve dessert cranberries chilled.
